How Long Will It Take?
We know your ratties are itching for something new to chew on. Shipping generally takes 8-12 working days. It doesn’t happen often, but if something isn’t going to get to you in the expected time frame or is on backorder at our warehouse, we promise we’ll let you know.

Return Policy
Our return policy is simple. If it doesn’t work out, you can return it. Rats, like people are individuals and we want to stock items that your rattie friends are happy with, so please let us know what you or your rat didn’t like.

Items Shipped by a Third Party
Some items may be shipped directly from a product manufacturer or by a third party. You may receive separate shipments of your order if this occurs. Items shipped by a third party generally ship within the standard timeframes. If there’s going to be a delay, we’ll let you know.

Surcharges
Some items may have an additional surcharge fee based on size, weight, overnight shipping, etc (usually this only happens on habitats that may weigh more than our standard package). These surcharges cover our extra cost for shipping these items.
